Instructions to install Realtek RTL8188CE
  1.  Download, save and unzip the file which has a .zip extension.
  2.  In the folder where you have unzipped the .zip, locate a file called "Setup.exe", double-click it.
  3.  It may be that Windows asks you for confirmation to execute the file, tell it yes.
  4.  Follow the instructions in the Realtek installation wizard.
  5.  When the Wi-Fi card installation is complete, restart your computer.
